Rebekah Sweeney has served as Senior Director of Programs and Policy for the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association for the past decade.  Rebekah advocates for the interests of nearly 900 dairy processors and their supplier partners all across the country at the state and federal level, helping to secure historic investments in new export endeavors, rural infrastructure improvements, dairy research and training, and to establish new direct-to-business grants programs benefiting the dairy industry.  She also leads all of WCMA's workforce initiatives, and guides WCMA sustainability, export, and communications offerings.  Her early work history includes work in government and broadcast news.


Pfaff grew up on a dairy farm (his parents are still on the now grain farm) in northern La Crosse County and received a Master of Public Administration Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison's La Follette School of Public Affairs in 2002 and an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1994. He is also a Realtor with First Weber Realtors and an active member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Madison. He served as the Mayor of Fitchburg, Wisconsin, for two terms from 2011-15 and continues to live there with his wife Monica and their beloved dog – Macy.
