Juma Bukomba is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Soil and Environmental Sciences at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, co-advised by Dr. Matthew Ruark and Dr. Rebecca Larson. His research focuses on sustainable agricultural production with an emphasis on soil nutrient management following the application of organic amendments. Juma aims to optimize soil nutrient availability and enhance crop productivity while minimizing nutrient losses to the environment.
