Jim has been a part of Agriculture his whole life. He grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin, achieved a BS Degree in Ag Education from UW River Falls, taught high achool agriculture and had a successful career within the agricultural cooperative system, working in Human Resources, Sales and Sales Management. His passion has always been in educating and helping people become successful in their careers. Agriculture is an ever-changing business that requires continued education and commitment from the people serving and interacting with the Producers. As a founding member of EmpowerU Leadership Group, Jim is able to continue developing talent and preparing people to serve our ag producers. EmpowerU Leadership Group provides education followed by Expert Coaching in job-like situations which really helps the knowledge transfer become a habit. Jim focuses on Sales skill development for sales people and sales leadership skills for sales managers.
