Calla is a GIS developer on the SnapPlus team in the Department of Soil and Environmental Sciences at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She is responsible for the mapping portions of the software, developing both the front and back ends, administering GIS server infrastructure, and modeling spatial data. Calla also develops and maintains the Runoff Risk Advisory Forecast website and contributes to other software projects on the team as needed. She earned a B.S. from UW–Madison, where she double majored in GIS/Cartography and Geography with a focus on physical geography.
